2. The technical specification and quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the ToR, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.

3. The Contractor will be obliged to take full responsibility for the quality of the delivered subject of the order.
