The subject of the contract is the design, delivery and installation of biomass boilers and heat pumps together with a photovoltaic installation in the Białaczów Commune, which is implemented as part of the project "Replacement of heat sources in the Białaczów Commune".
Design and delivery and installation of biomass boilers in the territory of the municipality of Białaczów1.Design, supply and installation of biomass boilers in the Białaczów Commune" including, in particular:
1) preparation of design documentation (obtaining the decisions of the architectural and construction administration body required by law, including: notification of construction works, building permits, if required and other decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications required by law),
2) replacement of 10 pieces of domestic heating systems consisting in dismantling the current heating source and installing a low-emission heating source – pellet boilers,
3) integration of a new pellet boiler with the existing hydraulic system,
4) to train users on the rules for proper operation of the mounted pellet boiler, together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users.
2. The detailed scope of the work to be carried out by the Contractor is described in the PFU, which forms (Annex No 1 to the SWZ) an integral part of the SWZ.
NOTE: The PFU indicates the replacement of 35 pcs of pellet boilers, 10 pcs of condensing gas boilers and 37 pcs of heat pumps with a photovoltaic installation. The present proceedings concern the replacement of 10 pellet boilers and 37 heat pumps together with a photovoltaic installation with pfu-compliant parameters, but does not cover the replacement of 10 units of condensing gas boilers.
NOTE: The Ordering Party, as Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ, includes some of the questions from previous invalidated proceedings and answers to them, which are binding during the preparation of the offer in this proceeding.

2) replacement of 37 pieces of domestic heating systems consisting in dismantling the current heating source and installing a low-emission heating source, i.e.: a) 18 pieces of air heat pump, b) 19 pieces of ground heat pumps,
3) integration of a new heat source with the existing hydraulic system,
4) installation of external ground heat pump infrastructure,
5) installation of photovoltaic panels for the purpose of powering heat pumps,
6) The Contractor will prepare the notification documentation to the electricity supplier and report the connection of the photovoltaic panel installation to the power grid of the local distribution network operator.
7) training users in the principles of proper operation of the installed heat pump along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users,
