the purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition and delivery of school and educational supplies for the various structures of the City of Creil.

The single-award framework agreement with maximum is made in application of articles L2125-1 1 °, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders which will be notified as needs arise.
