in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation will result in the signing of a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount per lot.
Under Law No. 2020-105 of 10 February 2020 on the fight against waste and the circular economy (Agec) and Decree No. 2021-254 of 9 March 2021, public purchasers must now acquire goods from reuse or reuse according to a percentage defined by product category.
This percentage is assessed in relation to the total annual order value in euros (excluding VAT).
For goods subject to the contract, this rate is set at 20% of furniture resulting from reuse and reuse.
Lots 6 and 7 incorporate these new provisions.
Lot no. 1: Supply of office furniture - Rodez sectorframework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 300,000 euro (excl. tax).
The consultation focuses on the supply, mainly, of office furniture and meeting rooms.
This equipment may be installed in the various departments of the Department (Administrative Services, Technical Services, Social Centres, etc.) as well as in the administrative part of the colleges and in the premises of the members adhering to the grouping of orders, located in the Rodez sector (see Annex 2 of the CCAP).
The service provider must ensure the supply, delivery and installation of the products ordered in their final places of use, in perfect working order.
lot no. 2: Supply of office furniture - North and West sectorframework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 170,000 euro (excl. tax).
The consultation focuses on the supply, mainly, of office furniture and meeting rooms.
This equipment may be installed in the various departments of the Department (Administrative Services, Technical Services, Social Centres, Museums, etc.) as well as in the administrative part of the colleges and in the premises of the members adhering to the grouping of orders, located in the "North and West" sector of the Aveyron department (see Annex 2 of the CCAP).
The service provider must ensure the supply, delivery and installation of the products ordered in their final places of use, in perfect working order.
lot no. 3: Supply of office furniture - South and East sectorframework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro (excl. tax).
The consultation focuses on the supply, mainly, of office furniture and meeting rooms.
This equipment may be installed in the various departments of the Department (Administrative Services, Technical Services, Social Centres, etc.) as well as in the administrative part of the colleges and in the premises of the members adhering to the grouping of orders, located in the "South and East" sector of the department of Aveyron (see Annex 2 of the CCAP).
The service provider must ensure the supply, delivery and installation of the products ordered in their final places of use, in perfect working order.
lot no. 4: Supply of school furniture - North sectorframework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 460,000 euro (excl. tax).
The consultation focuses on the supply, mainly, of furniture for classrooms, dining rooms and boarding schools.
This equipment can be installed in the various colleges of the Department, located on the "North" sector of the department of Aveyron (see annex 2 of the CCAP).
The service provider must ensure the supply, delivery and installation of the products ordered in their final places of use, in perfect working order.
lot no. 5: Supply of school furniture - South sectorframework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 460,000 euro (excl. tax).
The consultation focuses on the supply, mainly, of furniture for classrooms, dining rooms and boarding schools.
This equipment can be installed in the various colleges of the Department, located on the "South" sector of the department of Aveyron (see annex 2 of the CCAP).
The service provider must ensure the supply, delivery and installation of the products ordered in their final places of use, in perfect working order.
lot no. 6: Supply of office furniture resulting from reuse or reuseframework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 70,000 euro (excl. tax).
The consultation focuses on the supply, mainly, of office furniture, meeting rooms and catering furniture resulting from reuse or reuse.
This equipment may be installed in the various departments of the Department (Administrative Services, Technical Services, Social Centers, etc.) as well as in the administrative part of the colleges and in the premises of the members adhering to the grouping of orders, located throughout the department.
The service provider must ensure the supply, delivery and installation of the products ordered in their final places of use, in perfect working order.
lot no. 7: Supply of school furniture resulting from reuse or reuseframework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 50,000 euro (excl. tax).
The consultation focuses on the supply of classroom furniture resulting from reuse or reuse.
This equipment can be installed in the various colleges of the Department, located throughout the department.
The service provider must ensure the supply, delivery and installation of the products ordered in their final places of use, in perfect working order.
