Troms County and participating municipalities shall enter into a framework agreement for grocery products and fruit and vegetables.

The total annual contract value is estimated to be approx. NOK 6 500 000 NOK 5 000 000 for grocery products and NOK 1 500 000 for fruit and vegetables.

The contract will be valid for 1 year, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 3 years, 1 year at a time.

Troms County, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for food products for restaurant and food studies, canteens, residential and service centres and nursing homes.

The contracting authority consists of Troms County and Karlsøy, Lyngen, Storfjord, Kåfjord, Skjervøy, Nordreisa and Kvænangen municipalities.

The contract is for the establishment of a framework agreement for food products including the following product groups:

Fruit and vegetables.

Includes fresh fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables.

The municipalities in North Troms shall have an option for school fruit.

Groceries.

Includes margarine/vegetable oils, jams, soft drinks, fizzy drinks, bake off, coffee, tinned foods, frozen fruit and vegetables, eggs and various groceries.

The contract does not include milk and dairy products.
