IEDOM wishes to proceed with the rehabilitation of the agency built in 1987, with a surface area of approximately 697 m² spread over 2 levels. The main objectives of the planned operation are as follows: - Enclosed roofing: overhaul of the framework, removal, supply and installation of roofing, restoration of facades, - Technical trades: installation of air fans, air handling unit, central air conditioning, replacement of lighting, - Interior fittings: creation of sanitary rooms, replacement of false ceilings, - Security / safety: upgrading to standards, creation of SAS, - Exterior fittings: sanitation, fencing work, taxiway. The amount of the provisional budget allocated to the works will be definitively decided by the contracting authority at the end of and according to the results of the DIAG mission delivered by the contractor, depending on the technical solution proposed by the project manager. The maximum estimated budget is as follows: 1,790,000 euro(s) excluding VAT
