The object of the contract is the management of municipal yoga courses for over 50 years within the municipal therapeutic sports program "Citius, Longaevus, Fortius

The objective is to develop an accessible project of municipal Yoga classes, primarily in its branch "Hatha-Yoga", which guarantees the widespread inclusion of certain elements that enhance its therapeutic effect and a socio-sanitary orientation for a part of its recipients.

Previous work of the contract will be carried out in terms of the planning and execution of the registration procedure, as well as the dissemination / recruitment will be carried out during the month of September of each season. During the 2023-2024 season this period will begin in the second half of September.

As for the teaching of the activities, its general temporality covers from October 1 of each year until mid-June of the following year. During the 2023-2024 season this period will be from October 2, 2023 to June 14, 2024.
