Construction of the new exhibition center in Strasbourg.

The purpose of this contract is to entrust the service provider with a mission of testing the air permeability of the envelope within the framework of the construction of the new exhibition center in Strasbourg.

Open invitation to tender, in accordance with articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2162-5 of the public procurement code.

The contracting authority reserves the right to make, no later than 10 (ten) calendar days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, detailed modifications to the consultation file. The competitors will then have to answer on the basis of the modified file without being able to raise any complaint on this subject.

If, during the study of the file by the competitors, the deadline fixed for the submission of tenders is postponed, the previous provision is applicable according to this new date.
