Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and asks for bids for the eastern and western regions of Helsinki

moisture mapping and drying services for their properties. In total, there are about 80 items. Kiinteistö oy Auroranlinna has about

4200 non-subsidised rental apartments in different parts of Helsinki, as well as in one location in Kirkkonummi.

The subject of the acquisition is divided into two (2) areas:

Subdivision 1: area east( east side of vantaanjoki)

Subdivision 2: area west( west side of Vantaanjoki)

The tender may be submitted in either of these areas, but only one of them may be offered services.

Property Oy Auroranlinna selects the highest scoring contractor for each subdivision.

In that case, if the same contractor gets the best score in both aspects, then the contractor will have to take the other

subdivision, which has been designated as 1 option.

The same bidder cannot therefore be selected for both subdivisions.
