The Agency for Waste Management and Recycling would like to enter into a framework agreement for professional waste management consultancy services.
The aim of the procurement is to obtain the necessary assistance within the following four sub-tenders:
1) Analyses, development, and framework conditions;
2) Life cycle analyses, climate accounts;
3) Analyses and reviews;
4) Service development, waste management.
REG would like to enter into 2-4 parallel framework agreements within each sub-tender. Mini-contests will be held between the chosen tenderers for needs over NOK 400 000.
The contracts will be signed for 2 years with an option for 1 + 1 year on unchanged terms.
