The subject of the Order is:
1) Delivery of 17 pcs of factory new, non-operated, completely low-floor, EV* bus public transport along with necessary and additional equipment, software and documentation.
2) Delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of 5 fast charging stations of electric buses reversed with a power of 450 kW in accordance with Annex 2.1. to the OPZ.
3) Delivery, installation, installation and commissioning of free charging system for 17 EV buses on the territory of Bus Depot (21 in Grudziądz 21 in Grudziądz).
Detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party shall include the attachments to the Specification of the Order Terms and Conditions (SWZ), which form an integral part of it. :

1. The object of the order is:
1) Delivery of 17 pcs factory new, non-operated, completely low-floor, EV buses (electric) public transport along with necessary and additional equipment, software and documentation.
2) Delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of 5 fast charging stations of electric buses reversed 400 kW pantograph in accordance with Annex 2.1. to SWZ.
3) Delivery, installation, installation and commissioning of free charging system for 17 EV buses on the territory of Bus Depot (21 in Grudziądz 21 in Grudziądz).
*EV buses (hereinafter 'electric buses' or 'buses') — for the purposes of this procedure defined as buses within the meaning of Article 2 (41) of the Act of 20 June 1997 — Road Traffic Law, using only electricity accumulated by electricity for propulsion connection to an external power source in accordance with Article 2 (12) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.
2. Within the subject of the contract, the Contractor also include:
1) It will grant to the Contracting Authority the authorised Service Station, in respect of operation and repair of delivered EV buses, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Model Agreement (Annex 1 to SWZ).
2) It will carry out training of employees of the Contracting Authority to the extent referred to in the OPZ in accordance with the terms set out in the Model Agreement (Annex 1 to SWZ) and in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).
3) Provide to the Contracting Authority the necessary instructions, catalogs, specifications, technical documentation and other required elaborations relating to the subject matter of the contract set out in the Contract Model (Annex 1 to SWZ) and in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ) and deliver them together with licenses for the use of this documentation.
4) Provide the necessary software and systems referred to in the Annexes to the Description of the subject of the order (Annex 2 to SWZ), together with documentation and licenses.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party includes:
1) model contract — WU (Annex No 1 to SWZ);
2) Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex No. 2 to SWZ)
− which are an integral part of the SWZ.
