Preparation and delivery of information and promotional materials with a graphic motif to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery of information and promotional materials with a graphic motif to the headquarters of the Ordering Party.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) can be found in the draft contract attached to the SWZ – Annex No. 1 SWZ with attachment: Detailed description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the draft contract, including:.

a) The contract covers the execution of the above-mentioned articles in accordance with the technical and quantitative requirements specified in the table; The Ordering Party allows a difference of +/- 10% in relation to the presented dimensions of individual articles.

b) Articles must be new, of full value, free of cracks, scratches, discoloration and other damage.

c) The design of printing on the materials lies with the Contractor.

d) The marking of articles must be made using a technique adapted to the appropriate material (printing, engraving, etc.) from which the article will be made. The marking must be durable, resistant to abrasion and fading, clear and legible.

e) In packages, the types of articles must not be mixed, i.e. each type of article should be delivered in a separate package or packages, taped and contain a description including the name of the article and the number.

f) The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with graphic motifs on the day of conclusion of the contract.

g) Depending on the colour of the material on which the printing will be made, it may be necessary to water the logos in white.

h) The Contractor should take care of the placement of graphic motifs on individual articles in a way that ensures their legibility and traceability. In the case of crayon sets, the marking should be on the packaging.

(i) Graphic motif:

1) the logo of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will be applied to each material, indicated in point 1 of the table constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement,

2) in the case of the material described in LP 2 "Reserved plant motif" - it will be printed as follows:

- on the obverse, the logo of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, referred to in point 1 of the table constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement, will be interspersed with the motif indicated in point 2 of the table;

- on the reverse, the motif indicated in point 2 of the table constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement, along the entire length of the leash.

3. The subject of the order must be brand new, free from physical defects and legal defects.

4. Delivery of the subject of the order will take place to the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, 30 Wspólna Street, 00-930 Warsaw.
