Supply and delivery of 32 small and medium sized vehicles from one supplier and one manufacturer with a view to increasing efficiencies in the operation and maintenance costs of the vehicles.

Suppliers must be able to supply all vehicles and after-fits

All vehicles should be delivered complete including after fits by 31 March 2025

There are 8 items to be purchased from one supplier;

• Item 1 – Small Panel Van 2.4T/ Crew Cab x 2

• Item 2 – Small Panel Van 2.4T Automatic x 2

• Item 3 – Small Panel Van 2.4T LWB x 3

• Item 4 – Small Panel Van 1.8T x 5

• Item 5 – Small Panel Van 3.5T LWB x 5

• Item 6 – Medium Panel Van 3.5T Low Roof x 4

• Item 7 – Medium Panel Van 3.5T High Roof x 6

Above items - should all be the same manufacturer

• Item 8 – 4 x 4 Pick up Crew Cab – 5 Seats x 5

Item 8 can be an alternative manufacturer but must be provided by the same supplier as items 1 - 7

All vehicles should be delivered complete including after fits by 31 March 2025
