The purpose of this tender is to conclude an Agreement with one Contractor per lot for the supply of hot drinks vending machines, ingredients and associated services (such as maintenance, backdelivery and service).

The municipality of Kampen wants to replace the current twenty-one (21) hot drinks vending machines and add 1 extra machine in the meeting wing of the town hall. A total of 22 machines. The offered hot drinks vending machines meet the requirements as stated in the program of requirements. All machines must be equipped with beans, with the exception of the instant coffee machine in the meeting wing.

The municipality of Zwartewaterland wants to replace the current fourteen (14) hot drinks vending machines and add one (1) vending machine at the MFA Streukeler Veste location. In the places where there are now smaller vending machines (six pieces), the municipality wants to install smaller vending machines again. In the places where there are larger vending machines (six pieces), the municipality wants to install larger vending machines again. The other three machines are instant machines, so a total of fifteen (15) machines.
