1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in cleaning rooms and internal usable areas in the facilities of the Municipal Police m.st Warsaw, located in the districts of m.st Warsaw: Wilanów, Śródmieście, Praga-Południe, Praga-Północ, Wawer, Białołęka, Wola, Ochota, Bielany and Ursus, hereinafter also referred to as "Cleaning Services", to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter also referred to as the "OPZ", constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, and in the proposed provisions of the agreement (model agreement), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.

4. The Contractor shall ensure supervision of the Cleaning Services by appointing coordinators to perform ongoing control of the quality of the services provided.
5. Before submitting an offer, the Contracting Authority recommends conducting a site inspection in the facilities of the Municipal Police m.st. Warsaw, where the cleaning services will be provided.
6. On-site inspections can be carried out on working days from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00, by prior arrangement.

8. A representative of the Contractor or the Contractor in person may appear at the site visit.
9. In the course of the site visit, the Contracting Authority will not answer any questions regarding the subject of the contract and the conditions of contract performance. In case of questions or doubts, the Contractor may ask questions in the manner provided for in Chapter XII of the Terms of Reference.
10. The Contracting Authority's requirements in accordance with Article 100 of the Public Procurement Law and Article 6 of the Act of 19 July 2019 on Ensuring Accessibility for Persons with Special Needs (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2240) are set out in the OPZ.
