4. By recycling the Ordering Party shall understand: recovery, under which waste is reprocessed into products, materials or substances used for the original purpose, as defined in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended)

5. The Ordering Party allows the use of a full-value cassette (plastic / plastic casing), which is a non-consumable part, provided that its use does not lead to damage to the device in which it will be used.

4. By recycling the Ordering Party shall understand: recovery, under which waste is reprocessed into products, materials or substances used for the original purpose, as defined in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended)

5. The Ordering Party allows the use of a full-value cassette (plastic / plastic casing), which is a non-consumable part, provided that its use does not lead to damage to the device in which it will be used.

6. The Ordering Party does not allow remanufactured products, i.e. products that were previously used, were not manufactured in the current production process, from only new components, and which were produced as a result of the regeneration of individual components, which were cleaned, renewed or refilled with printing material, as a result of which the already used product was restored to functionality.

7. The offered consumables must not limit any functions and capabilities of printing devices and must not cause negative messages during the use of the equipment. They may also not have any negative impact on the equipment owned by the Ordering Party.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of consumables for computer printers, faxes, multifunctional devices and photocopiers, hereinafter referred to as consumables or assortment, indicated in Annex 2.9 to the SWZ for the needs of organizational units of the Ordering Party, the list of which is attached as Annex 2 to the draft contract.

The unit of measurement of the materials supplied is art. In the understanding of the Ordering Party, an item is a single consumable in an individual or collective packaging. Whenever the word art or the abbreviation pcs. This means the amount of consumables (e.g. cartridges, containers).

The Ordering Party requires the delivery of factory-new consumables within the meaning of point 1, with the minimum capacity, capacity and service life indicated in Annex 2.9 to the SWZ, measured in accordance with the performance measurement standards:

- ISO/IEC 19752 for monochrome laser toner cartridges,

- ISO/IEC 19798 for colour toner cartridges.

2. The Ordering Party shall allow equivalent products to be delivered.

By equivalent products, the Ordering Party shall understand brand new products (within the meaning of point 3, fully compatible with the equipment indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex 2.9 to the SWZ, with physical, technical, quality, functional and functional parameters, in particular such as toner melting point, fusing temperature, toner capacity, performance and print quality of the same or better in relation to the product recommended by the manufacturer of printing equipment, from current production, manufactured in series in a production cycle in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent. The Ordering Party reserves the right to request at each stage of the contract to provide documents confirming the compliance of the delivered products with the above-mentioned standard.

Equivalent materials shall in no way infringe the patent and intellectual property rights of the manufacturers of the original consumables.

3. For brand new products, the Ordering Party shall understand: new products, created in the production cycle with the use of new elements or new, full-value recycled components (within the meaning of point 4, previously not used, not processed, packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with a visible manufacturer's logo, product symbol, indication of the number of this contract, placed both on the packaging and on the cassette, with a designation of the expiry date, having all the protection of the tightness of the toner tanks.
