The overall service advertised includes the takeover, transport and disposal of residual waste from municipal responsibility. The total output includes a waste volume of approximately 45,000 mg/a residual waste (ASN 20 03 01).
The total output is advertised in two equal quantity lots.
— lot 1a (quantity-less with same power content): 20 000 — 22 500 mg/a municipal waste ASN 20 03 01 (evaluation quantity 21 000 mg/a),
— Lot 1b (unquantity with same power content): 20 000 — 22 500 mg/a municipal waste ASN 20 03 01 (evaluation quantity 21 000 mg/a).
Transportation and disposal of 20,000 — 22,500 mg/a municipal waste (ASN 20 03 01)In each quantity lot, the service essentially consists of the following individual services:
— takeover of the residual waste at the Gangelt-Hahnbusch handling plant,
— transport of the residual waste to/to the treatment/disposal plant (s) to be bindingly appointed by the contractor in NRW,
— disposal of the residual waste.
Waste disposal concepts:
The service is advertised without specifying a specific disposal technique.
Two different disposal concepts are generally considered for the disposal of residual waste (mixed municipal waste, ASN 20 03 01):
— Concept 1: The disposal of residual waste takes place directly in a waste incineration plant (MVA).
Or
— Concept 2: The pretreatment of residual waste takes place in a mechanical-biological or mechanical treatment facility. The waste streams sorted here are to be used/disposed of below.
Concept 2 requires processing/sorting into various waste streams, which enable both material and energy (ASN 19 12 12) recycling of partial flows. The quality of waste must be significantly changed here.
