The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health intends to commission a provider with the provision, operation and provision of all necessary maintenance and support services for the future output/input infrastructure at the AG's locations (Dortmund, Berlin, Dresden and Chemnitz) on the basis of an EVB IT system contract. The printer equipment is to be rented. The printed pages should be billed via the page click price. The devices are divided as follows: 36 network workstation printers (B/W) and 41 multifunction devices with color function.
The generic term "output/input infrastructure" subsumes all hardware and software components and all services according to the service description, which are necessary both to meet the specified requirements in the project phases up to go-live and later in operation.
Provision, operation and service, maintenance and support of 36 network workstation printers (B/W) and 41 multifunction devices with color function at an estimated annual average volume of approximately 1.5 million pages total (approximately 1,200,000 B/W pages and approximately 320,000 color pages) over a period of 60 months. Billing is based on a monthly rental price per device plus a consumption-based, variable page click price. The total price (rent plus page click price) includes the costs for hardware, maintenance and support, on-site service, delivery, assembly and configuration of the devices, consumables e.g. toner (excl. paper) as well as the instruction of the employees and the collection of the devices after the end of the contract. The estimated page volumes given are exemplary and do not represent a minimum purchase. Billing reference is the actual number of pages printed. The devices are installed at the locations Dortmund, Berlin, Dresden and Chemnitz (places of performance). As the headquarters of the client, the Dortmund location is the focus of the provision of services. Up to 5% of the equipment of the total rental volume should be returned free of charge during the contract period.
The contract shall commence with the award of the contract (31 May 2023 at the latest). This is followed by the introduction phase, the test and acceptance phase, the transition-in phase and the overall acceptance of the project. From 1 September 2023, the output/input infrastructure shall be made operational for a period of 60 months.
