The purpose of this contract is the comprehensive management of a Programme of Extrajudicial Reparations and Educational Developments, attached to the AGENCY OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID FOR THE REEDUCATION AND REINTEGRATION OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) and intended for the care of minors/young people to whom juvenile judges have agreed judicial measures, not custodial measures, known as open environment and those who have to carry out extrajudicial tasks and reparations, as well as other activities related to the reintegration of minors, provided for in Organic Law 5/2000, of 12 January, Regulating the Criminal Responsibility of Minors, and its modifications and subsequent developments.
