The contest concerns the delivery of digitalisation services (management, further development and new development) for the Norwegian Media Authority [Medietilsynet]. The Norwegian Media Authority uses the professional system Salesforce as its professional system.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be: NOK 6,000,000 per year excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Statens Standardavtale (SSA) [Government’s Standard Contract]

The contract is expected to commence on 01.09.2023.

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, SSA-O.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
