The tender contest concerns contractor services related to equipment / machines with operators. In some cases the contracting authority can only require the equipment/machine.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT a year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 11,000,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this agreement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2022-09-06until and including 2024-09-05 with an option for up to 2 years extension, 12 months at a time for the contracting authority.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with two or more tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
