1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand new self-propelled vehicle for removing rubber and paint from airport surfaces, the detailed description of which is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand new self-propelled vehicle for removing rubber and paint from airport surfaces, the detailed description of which is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ.

2. The Contractor shall conduct training for 30 Operators in the operation of a self-propelled vehicle for removing rubber and paint from airport surfaces. The training will be carried out

in 2 groups of 15 people each. Training dates will be agreed with the Ordering Party.

3. On the day of delivery, the Contractor shall provide:

- warranty cards,

- manuals in Polish with DTR and a list of spare parts,

- an extract from the approval certificate and other documents (if required) enabling the vehicle to be registered in Poland,

- CE certificates.

4. The Ordering Party shall require that:

(a) the basic mechanical warranty period for the self-propelled rubber and paint removal vehicle is at least 36 months;

(b) the warranty period for the paint coating of the self-propelled rubber and paint removal vehicle is at least 36 months,

(c) the perforation corrosion guarantee period of the self-propelled rubber and paint removal vehicle is at least 36 months,

counting from the date of signing by the Parties the vehicle acceptance protocol by the Ordering Party.

5. During the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to carry out periodic inspections and maintenance at its own expense in accordance with the warranty documents of the vehicle/equipment, including the replacement of necessary consumables.

6. The Contractor shall carry out the inspection of the vehicle and equipment at least once in each year of the guarantee period, within the time limit agreed with the Ordering Party.

7. The Contractor shall ensure the availability of spare parts of the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 15 years from the date of receipt of the vehicle by the Ordering Party.

8. Warranty service for self-propelled rubber and paint removal vehicle:

a) Service response time "received notification - repair undertaken" – max 72 hours;

b) Number of service points with spare parts – minimum 1 service point in the Polish (please indicate the address, telephone number).

9. The contracting authority requires the submission of the evidence in question in these proceedings.

a) Pursuant to Article 106(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor must confirm the compliance of the offered vehicle with the requirements, features or criteria indicated in the description of the subject of the contract by submitting a detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract in accordance with the template constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

b) Pursuant to Article 107(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for supplementing the evidence in question.

(c) The means of proof in question shall be submitted together with the tender.

(d) Such evidence in a foreign language shall be provided together with

with translation into Polish.

e) The means of proof in question shall be submitted by the contractor obligatorily in electronic form.

f) The detailed manner and form of submitting the evidence in question is specified in the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 30.12.2020. on the manner of drawing up and transmitting information and technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in a procurement procedure or contest.
