The objectives of this consultation are: - on the one hand, to update knowledge of flood hazards and ground movement; - on the other hand, to draw up the Prevention Plans for Foreseeable Natural Risks (river overflows and land movements) of the 6 municipalities located on the basins of the North Garonne: Castelnau-D'Estrétefonds, Grenade, Merville, Ondes, Saint-Jory and Saint-Rustice

The Service Provider will carry out the services relating to the expertise related to the phenomena of ground movements. It will also participate in the two public consultations, the regulatory consultation and the public inquiry, in particular to answer questions and modify hazard maps, if necessary.

The service provider will carry out all the services apart from the expertise related to the phenomena of ground movements. He will also have the role of integrator of the expert data of lot 2, any proposed modifications and will carry out the assembly of the complete files of the 6 PPRN. It will be the first point of contact in support of DDT in the consultation, consultation and public inquiry phases.
