The Municipality of Grobbendonk wishes to call on an external expert for asset management. The assignment is closed for service years 2021 and 2022. This assignment can be extended as a similar assignment for 2023.

The number of hours included in the summary measurement statement is indicative on the basis of a calendar year, but does not provide any guarantee for the operators; if the number of hours is not reached, the service provider is not entitled to any compensation. The intention is to reduce the employment in the course of that period, depending on the employment of an expert.

The contract will be awarded to one tenderer. Place of employment: there is no fixed workplace, the appointed service provider has the opportunity to work from home.
