The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Economy and Management Division, the Procurement Division, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the procurement of jogging strollers/terrain strollers with electrical assistance and electrical wheelchair/sledge for ball games.

The purpose of the procurement is:

— to establish an assortment of jogging strollers/terrain strollers with electrical assistance and electrical wheelchair/sledge for ball games that cover the majority needs of the relevant users;

— to ensure that relevant service elements are connected to the products.

Contracts will be signed for each lot with a sufficient number of suppliers to cover the majority of the users' needs.

Electrical wheelchairs/sledges for ball games, accessories, spare parts and services.

Jogging strollers/terrain strollers with three or four wheels and electrical assistance, accessories, spare parts and services.

All-terrain chair with one or two wheels and electrical assistance, accessories, spare parts and services.

Only a signed tender letter is to be uploaded for the lot in question for the lots that tenderers would like to submit a tender for. For example, if a tenderer would like to submit a tender for lots 1 and 3, only one tender letter is to be uploaded in these lots. This is required so that the contracting authority can register participation correctly in Mercell and for the award of the different lots. All other documentation included in the tender (the complete tender) is to be submitted together in the lot ‘Tilbudsinnlevering’ (this lot).
