The subject of the order is the collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties and points of selective collection of municipal waste located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Supraśl.

1) The scope of the order includes:
(a) the systematic receipt and transport of municipal waste (regardless of its quantity) mixed and collected selectively from the property on which residents reside, in accordance with the timetable and export frequency agreed with the Ordering Party;
(b) transfer for the use of waste to the municipal installations of the City of Białystok, i.e. ZUOK Białystok and/or ZUOK Hryniewicze. In the event of failure of the specified installations, the Contractor will be obliged to supply the waste at his own expense to another municipal installation located closest to the area of the municipality of Supraśl;
(c) selective receipt of the following fractions of waste from property: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-plant packaging, biodegradable waste (including biowaste and waste in the form of tree and shrub branches and other plant residues in the form of related packets), used electrical and electronic equipment, large-size waste and used tyres;
(d) the collection, export and transfer for the use of waste delivered by residents to the points of selective collection of municipal waste located in the territory of the municipality of Supraśl and indicated to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority, at the following frequency: at least 1 container with waste construction and bio will be picked up on Saturday by 10 a.m. from each point, the remaining waste will be collected after the operation of the selective collection points of municipal waste on Saturday or Monday (in case Monday is a day off work — another working day) , the receipt of waste on the remaining days of the week after prior determination with the Contracting Authority; the points must be emptied of all waste between the days of their operation, including those filed in bulk in the absence of space in the containers, unless the Contracting Authority approves another frequency receipt of specific waste groups;
