1. The object of the order is to perform periodic reviews of air conditioning systems in passenger wagons.
2. The item of the order is divided into three parts.
3. The procurement procedure is carried out in an unrestricted tender procedure under the Law of 11 September 2011 — Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp Act” or “Pzp”. The order in question is a sector order.
Periodic review of 445 air conditioning systems of Knorr/Merak production in passenger wagons1. The subject of the order in Part 1 is to carry out an interim review of 445 Knorr/Merak production air conditioning systems in passenger wagons.
2. The review of 1 (one) of the air conditioning system (the time of the wagon in the review) will occur within a period of no more than 2 working days and in the event of unforeseen, emergency and party independent circumstances which will prevent or significantly impede the execution of the review, the deadline for implementation of the review will be determined by the representatives of the parties, but it will be no longer than 5 working days.
3. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor provide guarantees and warrants for the non-emergency operation of the air conditioning system for a period of not less than 6 months from the date of completion of the review.
4. The specific requirements of the contracting authority for the execution of the contract shall include the SWZ and the annexes forming an integral part thereof.
Periodic review of 150 air conditioning systems of Medcom/Armpol production in passenger wagons1. The object of the order in Part 2 is to carry out an interim review of 150 air conditioning systems of Medcom/Armpol production in passenger wagons.
2. The review of 1 (one) of the air conditioning system (the time of the wagon in the review) will occur within a period of no more than 2 working days and in the event of unforeseen, emergency and party independent circumstances which will prevent or significantly impede the execution of the review, the deadline for implementation of the review will be determined by the representatives of the parties, but it will be no longer than 5 working days.
