Project "Integration of the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform into the National Consumer Rights Information System", project no. 02.3.1-CPVA-V-529-01-0019, funded under the measure “Development of Advanced Electronic Services” of Priority 2 “Promotion of Information Society” of the Operational Program of the European Union Funds Investment Program, purchase services of VTIS software package are planned.

Consumer Rights Information System Modernization Services, which includes the following changes to existing ordering and provisioning processes for consumer protection services:

- Direct access to the seller / service provider,

- Realization of the possibility for VTIS vendors / service providers to see information about requests made to them and complaints about their actions or omissions to their investigating authority,

- Opportunity to apply for sellers / service providers registered in other EU countries,

- Data exchange with the Register of Legal Entities, EGS and Information System for Electronic Messaging and Delivery of Electronic Documents to Natural and Legal Persons via the Postal Network,

- The possibility to register all received requests / complaints and / or inquiries with the VTIS was realized,

- New statistical reports have been created.

The technical specifications, scope, stages, deadlines and delivery methodology of the Services are set out in Annex 1 to this Agreement, entitled "Technical Specification".
