The project includes the new construction of an office building, a commercial space building and a site layout for the Hengelo and Emmen locations in a construction team in which the Final Design is further developed by the Tenderer into an Execution-ready Design. Subsequently, the Tenderer will take on the realization of the project at both locations. This concerns the hull realization, the E&W installations, the transport installations, the sustainability measures, the installation package of the business space building, the site layout and possibly the necessary preparations for the installation package of the office building.
