The object of the order is the construction of a sanitary sewerage network together with a sewage pumping station in Trakt Królewski Street west of Walerowa Street in the village of Borzęcin Mała and Borzęcin Duży. A detailed description of the item of the order shall include the specification of the terms of the order (SWZ) and the design documentation attached to the SWZ.

1. The object of the order is the construction of a sanitary sewer network together with a sewage pumping station in Trakt Królewski street west of Spacerowa Street in the village of Borzęcin Mały and Borzęcin Duży.

1) The sewer system consists of:

(a) piping of gravitational sewer from PVC-U pipes, class SN 8 with solid wall diameter Ø200x5,9 mm with elongated calyx approx. 1,593,85 m long,

(b) gravitational sewer pipes from PVC-U pipes, class SN 8 with solid wall diameter Ø160x4,7 mm with elongated calyx approximately 188.55 m long,

(c) piping pipes of pipes PE100 (SDR17) with a diameter of Ø90/5,4 mm with a length of approximately 712,1 m,

d) Plastic sewer wells Ø425 type TEGRA or equivalent to cross-kineta — 13 pcs. ,

(e) Plastic sewer wells Ø600 type TEGRA or equivalent — 35 pcs ,

f) concrete sewer well Ø1200 with monolithic bottom of Brejnak, Budokrusz or equivalent and PREDL kineta or equivalent — 9 kpl. ,

g) concrete venting sewer well Ø1200 with monolithic bottom of Brejnak, Budokrusz or equivalent — 1 kpl.

h) sewer well of concrete cleaner Ø1200 with monolithic bottom of Brejnak, Budokrusz or equivalent — 2 kpl. ,

(i) a zoned wastewater pumping station with a 1500 mm diameter reinforced concrete tank with full equipment, power connection and hardening of the area around the pumping station. The internal walls of the wastewater pump tank shall be protected with a PREDL-Corprotect or equivalent lining made as a monolith with concrete circles.

(c) draft drafting of wastewater pumping station “Royal Tract” technological part — elaboration from 15.1.2017,

(d) technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works,

(e) the Instruction of the Municipality Stare Babice on the recreation of pavement within the road lane,

(f) Resolution of the Management Board No 3/2013 of the Municipal Enterprise “Eko-Babice” Sp. z o.o. on the fixing of prices for closing and opening of bolts on the water supply network in the territory of the municipality Stare Babice,

(g) Resolution of the Management Board No 5/2018 of the Municipal Enterprise “Eko-Babice” on: requirements for contractors concerning the specifications of GIS data on newly built sewer network facilities,

(j) Resolution of the Management Board No 30/2020 of the Municipal Enterprise “EKO-BABICE” Company z o.o. of 23 October 2020 on the determination of the price list of water and sewer services provided by the Municipal Enterprise “Eko-Babice” Company z o.o.

3. Provision is provided for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts for the subject matter of which will consist of the repetition of works similar to those of the subject matter. of this order and their total value shall not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract and have been included in it. The possible scope of these orders shall include, in particular, robots related to the construction/expansion of the gravitational or stamping sanitary sewerage network and other accompanying works which will become required for the execution of the contract in question.
