Cz. 3 - The subject of the order is printing, setting, confecting, packing, foiling, transport and preparation for distribution of the book to school children (ages 7-9) and brochures (for parents) for the Book Institute in Kraków (circulation 450,000 sets).

The subject of the contract is printing, binding, confectioning, packaging, foiling, transport and preparation for distribution of a cardboard book for children (age 0-3 years) and brochures (for parents) for the Book Institute in Krakow (circulation of 200,000 sets - a set is understood as 1 copy of the book + 1 copy of the brochure in a heat-shrinkable foil package, for the book ISBN number).

The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Act, with a value not exceeding PLN 1,499,998.50 gross, broken down: for part II. 1 – up to PLN 499,999.50 gross, for part II 2 – up to PLN 499,999.50 gross, for part II 3 – up to PLN 499,999.50 gross. These orders may consist in repeating all or part of the services covered by the subject of the basic contract, in particular the services that are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, contained in the Specification of the Terms of Contract, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in printing and delivery of books. They will be awarded on terms analogous to the terms of the contract for the basic contract, taking into account the adaptation to the current needs of the Contracting Authority, the specificity of contracts of a similar nature, the current legal status and the result of negotiations.
