1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the Municipality of Kaliska and organizational units of the Municipality of Kaliska. 2. Data on individual measuring points and the necessary information are included in Annex 7 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party provides that as part of the contract concluded in this procedure, approx. 1440.94 MWh of electricity (+/- 20%) will be consumed between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2024 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractors applying for the award of the contract as at the date of submission of tenders have concluded a binding contract with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as the DSO), on the basis of which it is possible to sell electricity through the distribution network of this DSO to all facilities. 5. The Ordering Party has an electricity distribution agreement with Energa Operator S.A., Marynarki Polskiej 130, 80 – 557 Gdańsk. 6. The Ordering Party shall provide the selected Contractor with the documents necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the seller. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor a power of attorney to terminate the existing contracts for the sale and distribution of electricity within the framework of applicable regulations and to the extent mutually agreed by the Ordering Party and the Contractor.
