The object of the contract to be awarded is the construction of a town hall for the city / municipality Werlte on a separate plot of the contractor.

Upon completion, the city / municipality of Werlte will either rent the town hall from the contractor or purchase it from the contractor.

In the negotiated procedure, the candidate must submit offers for the two alternatives. In this procedure, the client checks which alternative is more economical for the client.

The integrated municipality Werlte intends to rent or buy a newly built property in order to use it as a town hall.

The property must be located in the inner city area. The tender documents are accompanied by a parcel ticket, which defines the inner city area.

The property must be built on a plot which is available to the contractor.

This is to be proved by: Land Registry or Notarial Purchase Agreement or Notarial Letter of Intent.

The property must be suitable to handle a boardroom. The usable area should cover approx. 3000 square meters.

Under the property should be an underground car park with 50 parking spaces.

The planning of the property is in close coordination with the client.

The timing of the overall project provides the following: Immediately after placing the order, the first talks are to be held. The new town hall building should be ready for occupancy by June 2022 at the latest.

Services to be provided by the contractor:

1) Provision of a suitable plot of land located in the downtown area of Werlte (a plan is attached to the tender documents defining the inner city area) by the contractor on which the new town hall is being built;

2) provision of all planning services required for the new construction of the town hall (in particular object planning of buildings and interiors, object planning outdoor installations, structural engineering, technical planning, fire protection concept, et.) In close coordination with the client;

3) Turnkey construction of the new Town Hall in accordance with the planning agreed with the client.
