Lotto 3 – Container ISO 1CC Open side – CIG ZE53B81C90.

The contracting authority intends to take advantage of the reduction of tender times pursuant to art. 61 paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and art. 8 paragraph 1 letter c of Legislative Decree 2020 n. 76 and subsequent amendments.

Supply of n. 67 (sixty-seven) (+ 87 (eighty-seven) in option) ISO 1C Open side container, for a unit amount based on the tender equal to € 19,897.35 excluding VAT / not taxable.

Award criteria

Criterion of the lowest price pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 4 b) of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 as the supply of these materials has standardized characteristics with low technological content.

The supply will be carried out in four installments: the time for the preparation of the verification of conformity of the materials is equal to: 250 days (from the day following the communication of the registration of the Decree approving the Contract) for the first installment of n. 12 ISO 1C Open side containers; 200 days (15 January 2025) for the second instalment of 15 ISO 1C Open side containers; 180 days (15 January 2026) for the third instalment of 20 ISO 1C Open side containers; 180 days (15 January 2027) for the fourth instalment of 20 ISO 1C Open side containers.

Supply of n. 251 (two hundred and fifty-one) (+ 463 (four hundred and sixty-three) in option) ISO 1C Standard container, for a unit amount based on the tender equal to € 13,604.02 excluding VAT / not taxable.

The supply will be carried out in four installments: the time for the preparation of the verification of conformity of the materials is equal to: 250 days (15 January 2024) for the first installment of n. 70 ISO 1C Standard containers; 250 days (15 January 2025) for the second instalment of 76 ISO 1C Standard containers; 220 days (15 January 2026) for the third instalment of 61 ISO 1C Standard containers; 200 days (January 15, 2027) for the fourth instalment of 44 ISO 1C Standard containers.

Supply of n. 30 (thirty) (+ 24 (twenty-four) in option) ISO 1CC Open side container, for a unit amount based on the tender equal to € 22,000.00 excluding VAT / not taxable.

The supply will be carried out in two installments: the time for the preparation of the verification of conformity of the materials is equal to 120 days (from the day following the communication of the registration of the Decree approving the Contract) for the first installment of n. 15 ISO 1CC Open side Containers and equal to 240 days (from the day following the communication of the registration of the Decree approving the Contract) for the second installment of n. 15 ISO 1CC Container Open side.
