The subject is the award of a framework agreement as a basis for the supply of notebooks and compatible port replicators. In addition, the contractor also provides associated deliveries and services. The service is provided by placing individual orders on the basis of the framework agreement. The minimum purchase quantities result from the service description. There is no entitlement to call-off beyond the specified minimum quantity.
The subject matter of procurement are the services described in the service description, in particular the following services:
- Supply of notebooks. The scope of delivery of a notebook includes:
o 1 x notebook with integrated keyboard (keyboard layout: DE (German) according to ISO/IEC 9995 in conjunction with DIN 2137) and
Multi-Touch-Touchpad
o 1 x adequately dimensioned power supply including mains cable (voltage 230 volts ± 10 %, CEE 7/4, CEE 7/16 or
CEE 7/17, Germany) with a length of at least 180 cm for the notebook
o 1 x OEM license for an instance of the current Microsoft® Windows® client operating system at least the
Professional edition in 64 bit version or equivalent. The license must be a new license, which is valid for the
German market.
o Driver software for current operating systems by reference to download page on the Internet
o 1 x stylus – can be stored in the pen compartment of the notebook
o Instruction manual via download
- Supply of port replicators. A port replicator comes with:
o 1 x port replicator with universal connector (USB-C)
o 1 x adequately dimensioned power supply including mains cable (voltage 230 volts ± 10 %, CEE 7/4, CEE 7/16 or
CEE 7/17, Germany) with a length of at least 100 cm for the port replicator
o 2 x (mini) DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable with a length of at least 150 cm
o USB connection cable with a length of at least 50 cm (adapter solution possible)
- USB-C to USB-C
- USB-C to USB-A
o 1 x mechanical anti-theft device
o Driver software (if available or required) for current operating systems by referring to the download page in the
Internet
The procurement measure includes the following, non-exhaustive, service contents: Only new goods (original manufacturer goods) are to be offered. The devices are to be delivered to the post office of the respective location of the client. Special services (support services, warranty and repair services) must be carried out. The details can be found in the tender documents.
The contractor is not entitled to call-offs beyond the minimum order quantity described in the service description. However, the client is entitled to call up the described services at any time. The client may request a shopping cart adjustment for products within the term of the framework agreement in the sense of an innovation clause.
