1. The subject of the contract is the execution of works in the field of tree stand care and tree plantings in parks, as part of the implementation of the project from the participatory budget entitled "More greenery for Targówek".

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of works in the field of tree stand care and tree plantings in parks, as part of the implementation of the project from the participatory budget entitled "More greenery for Targówek".

Order description:

1) preparing the site for tree plantings

2) planting trees

3) mulching bowls with bark near trees;

4) dressing of planted trees;

5) marking planted trees with the logo from the participatory budget;

6) care of planted trees

7) removal of trees along with carp milling;

8) tree care;

9) export of branches, branches, tree trunks.

2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract and in Annex 2 to the SWZ – list of services, in Annex 3 to the SWZ – conditions for the performance of the contract and quality standards for the performance of works.

3.The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended), referred to in Article 95 paragraph 1 of the Act, by the Contractor or subcontractor, persons performing the activities indicated in Annex 2 to the SWZ, i.e. gardening works. All issues related to the method of verification of employment referred to above, as well as the rights of the Contracting Authority in the scope of control of the Contractor's compliance with the above-mentioned requirements and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements, are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
