This contract relates to the procedure pursuant to art. 4 and 15, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, published in the European context in order to guarantee maximum participation in compliance with the aforementioned article 4 applicable to the sector of excluded contracts referred to in the same regulatory complex, for the conclusion of 2 framework agreements , each with a separate contractor, which can be subscribed in line with the principles deriving from art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 referred to herein as the applicable contractual form, for the supply of DTT and DTH coding and multiplexing platforms and related management systems, including Help Desk, maintenance and training, under the conditions all established in the technical specifications and outline framework agreement.

Lot 1 will be assigned to bidder 1 or in the ranking (best technical-economic score).

Lot 2 will be assigned to bidder 2 or in the ranking (best technical-economic score) and with technology offered different from that offered by the winner of lot 1.
