The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the installations and equipment of the Channel Storage Centre (CSM), Basic Nuclear Facility (BNI) No 66. The maintenance services apply to the following areas: electrical (HV/LV), electronic, mechanical and electromechanical, automation, ventilation/air conditioning and video surveillance systems.

The services are mainly preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and installations, monitoring of maintenance activities (coordination, planning, management of interventions, reporting, consulting, document monitoring, etc.), stock management of parts and materials, additional services (electrical consignment, updates of plans and diagrams, etc.).

As an indication, based on feedback from 2022: 538 annual hours were devoted to global maintenance, of which about 60% were spent on preventive maintenance, distributed as follows:

- electricity (HT/LV): 66 %,

- equipment interfacing with the supervision system: 17%

- CCTV cameras: 7.5%

- ventilation / air conditioning and other refrigerant equipment: 5%

- Argon /CO2 power plant: < 2%

- inverters: < 2%

- thermal engines of generators: < 1%
