This contract covers the development, supply and MCO of:

• A smartphone app to replace the track phone

• Bluetooth/GSM-R box

The app will allow track staff or drivers to get in touch with traffic management services

or the electrification of the track.

The Bluetooth/GSM-R box or modem will allow agents to connect to the GSM-R network in the event of unavailability of the GSM network.

This contract covers the development, supply and maintenance in operational condition:

• A smartphone app to replace the track phone

• Bluetooth/GSM-R box

The application development service includes a transfer of rights (co-ownership) of the smartphone application.
