Assignment of the management of complementary and subsidiary services to teaching activities in early childhood services and municipal kindergartens, on behalf of the municipality of Fano for the period of 5 years presumably from 1.9.2020 to 31.8.2025, with the possibility renewal for a further 3 years.

The service object of this contract, in addition to both daily and extraordinary cleaning interventions, provides a series of tasks and tasks of collaboration and support to the teaching / educational staff in compliance with the teaching activity, according to the methods, times and organization of the individual structures. in compliance with what is defined by the educational services of the municipality of Fano. The main tasks, required in carrying out the service, understood as a whole, a list which is to be understood as purely indicative and not exhaustive, are:

- assistance to the organizational and educational context,

- reception, assistance, surveillance and protection of users' safety, including those with disabilities,

- management of the environments: opening and closing of the schools, cleaning and disinfection of all school premises, of the rooms used for school meals, of the toilets, of the furnishings and various objects, of the games, extraordinary cleaning of the pre-opening of schools, closing operations and reopening of schools,

- safekeeping and minor maintenance of school premises, furnishings, equipment and furnishings and not (for small maintenance we mean simple electrical, hydraulic and carpentry repair work).

The contract is indivisible.

The participants in the tender must refer, in the formulation of the offer, to all the technical and regulatory aspects indicated in the specifications.
