The subject of the contract is the provision of APN and data transmission services to ensure proper data transmission from GPS devices installed in official vehicles of the Municipal Guard m.st. Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as "provision of services".

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of APN and data transmission services to ensure proper data transmission from GPS devices installed in official vehicles of the Municipal Guard m.st Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as "provision of services".

2. The Contractor will provide the services specified in point 1, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ with due diligence, with the principles of technical knowledge and applicable laws and standards in force in Polish and the EU.
