In connection with the waste collection in the municipality, Thisted Municipality must have carried out the task "collection and treatment of hazardous waste". As of 1 quarter 2021, Thisted Municipality has approx. 43,160 inhabitants. Thisted Municipality currently has a total of 26,227 addresses. Of these, about 3,700 are cottages, located primarily along the west coast. The municipality of Thisted covers a total area of approximately 1,074 km². Thisted Municipality expects to purchase approx. 30,000 boxes with a volume of 21-25 liters for hazardous waste, which will be handed out to citizens. For information, the size of these boxes is: height 300 mm, width 400 mm and depth 280 mm.The collection innovator collects at households and delivers the boxes to the reloading plant / recycling center, from where the Supplier must pick them up. During the contract period, a new reloading plant will be built in Thisted Municipality, which will be used in connection with this task when this is ready. Thisted Municipality attaches importance to high quality and great professionalism in planning and execution of the task. Thisted Municipality wants a high quality and a good and constructive cooperation. The work is put out to tender for a period of 5 years from 01.11.2022 to 31.10.2027 with an option for the contracting entity to extend the contract for 2 x 1 year. The task is a single task and the contracting entity enters into a contract with one renovator.The tender is not divided into lots. Reasons for not tendering separate lots: The contracting entity's intention with the contract is to make it as streamlined as possible for the professionals. This ensures the best economy for the contracting entity, as well as operational benefits, for both users and in contract administration, which cannot be achieved by dividing into lots. In connection with the tender, the winning bidder will be provided with personal data about citizens and therefore a written Non-Disclosure Agreement will be concluded between the winning bidder and the contracting entity - Appendix 4 Non-Disclosure Agreement - NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement.
