A dynamic procurement system is offered for technical consultancy services within the climate, energy and supply areas.
The dynamic purchasing system is divided into the following 4 categories:
Category 1: Telecommunications projects.
Category 2: Technical studies and analyses across climate and energy areas.
Category 3: Technical advice within the supply area.
Category 4: Technical advice within offshore wind.
Admission can be requested on all, some or just a single category.
Telecommunications projectsProjects in connection with telecommunications in Denmark and possibly in an international perspective mean, for example, but not limited to, those projects that aim to support the continued digitization of Danish society with a special focus on the administration of telecommunications regulation and good mobile and broadband coverage throughout the country. In this connection, analyses of, for example, market conditions in the telecommunications area and various analyses relevant to the telecommunications area, including the frequency range, and analyses in relation to the development of telecommunications infrastructure, must be carried out on an ongoing basis. Typically with knowledge from different disciplines, such as financial and telecommunications/technical expertise.
Below is described what is meant by similar tasks:
- experience with technical advisory services within strategy analyses, coverage analyses, analyses of sub-markets, including 5G and 6G, etc. or similar
- experience in technical advisory services for the measurement of radiation from telecommunications equipment, including mobile telephones or similar
- experience with technical consultancy services of various areas, such as the digging area and the numbering area based on the Danish telecommunications regulation, or similar
- experience in the provision of technical consultancy services to the mast area, including mast bearings and their impact on market conditions for mast bearings in connection with the development of telecommunications infrastructure or the like
Technical studies and analyses across climate and energy areasBelow is described what is meant by similar tasks:
- experience in the calculation, analysis and projection of the climate footprint of public procurement or similar
- experience in the preparation of a technology catalogue (including guideline for heavy road transport), work with market surveillance of energy technologies or similar
- experience in analysing price projections, including biomass prices, or similar
- experience in analysing and qualifying emission projections for agriculture, forestry or similar,
- experience with energy statistics, including brændestatistik, or similar
- experience in calculating CO2 savings or similar
- experience with life cycle analyses within specific product types, product groups, invoice data, energy systems or similar
- experience with general impact measurements of regulation, grant schemes and information activities
- experience with business and socio-economic methods, socio-economic analyses
- experience in mapping energy consumption and technical savings potential in the industries, public buildings and private homes and buildings or similar
Technical advice within the supply areaTechnical advice within the supply area means, for example, but not limited to technical assistance in the form of advice within the electricity, gas and heating sectors, as well as advice within economic regulation of the water and waste sector both in the EU and nationally.
Below is described what is meant by similar tasks:
- experience with environmental assessments for electricity transmission projects or similar;
- experience in the development of fossil-free district heating technologies or similar
- experience with hydraulic analysis in the district heating sector or similar
- experience in analysing flexibility potential in the electricity sector or similar
- experience in the development and digitalization of the electricity distribution network or similar
- experience in modelling security of electricity supply or similar
- experience with hybrid projects in the electricity sector or similar
- experience in calculating efficiency requirements imposed on electricity grid and natural gas distribution undertakings or similar;
Technical advice within the offshore wind sectorTechnical consultancy within the offshore wind sector means, for example, but not limited to, technical assistance, which creates the framework for the establishment of offshore wind farms and the identification of natural and environmental consequences, as well as technical consultancy services similar to the above in the area.

- Experience with feasibility studies to clarify where wind farms can be established
- Experience with collection of nature and environmental data
- Experience with frameworks for tenders of offshore wind, etc.
- Experience with screening of Danish offshore wind potential in the North Sea or similar
- Experience with feasibility studies for offshore wind farms
- Experience with collection and interpretation of marine nature and environmental data
- Experience in preparing environmental assessment for infrastructure projects at sea
- Experience with national and international management of the environment, including experience with nature and environmental legislation
