This consultation concerns works services for all trades for the rehabilitation of vacant and post-disaster housing, but also to adapt housing for People with Reduced Mobility (Pmr) on the heritage of Gennevilliers Habitat.

These are 3 lots:

- Lot 1: Rehabilitation of vacant dwellings

This is a framework agreement with multi-awarding purchase orders.

- Lot 2: Rehabilitation of housing after disasters

This is a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders.

- Lot 3 : Adaptation Pmr

This is a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders.
