- Operate the VENESYS sorting center adapted to sorting with extension of the Sorting Guidelines.

The market consists of 3 phases described below

the market is broken down into 3 phases:

- Phase 1 - before work: carrying out the design and execution studies of adaptation works to the extension of sorting instructions and operation of the current sorting center, including the following services:

- Services related to the design of the sorting center;

- Preparation and follow-up of the instruction of administrative authorizations (ICPE and urban planning) related to the evolution of the sorting center;

- Operation of the existing sorting center until the end date of the sorting chain.

- phase 2 - works: realization of the adaptation work of the sorting center. It ends with the observation of the lifting of reservations following the receipt that occurs at the end of the MSI as soon as performance has been achieved. This phase includes in particular the following services:

- Carrying out the adaptation work of the sorting center;

- Operation of the sorting center during work or outsourcing sorting to an outdoor site

- phase 3 - operation and maintenance of the modernized sorting center as of 01/01/2023 including in particular:

- Commissioning;

- Operation and maintenance;

- Organization of educational visits;

- Big maintenance and renewal of the sorting center;

- Periodic verification of the achievement of performance.

the market includes in particular:

- The establishment of the ICPE Porter-to-Knowledge file or registration request;

- Preparation of application files for urban planning authorizations;

- The support of the client until these authorizations are obtained;

- the operation of the sorting center until the chain stops;
