The subject of the award procedure is the purchase and delivery of price-bound textbooks and workbooks for the 47 schools sponsored by the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock, in accordance with the Learning Materials Ordinance / the school authority share § 54 para. 2 sentence 3 and para. 3 sentence 1 SchulG M-V in conjunction with § 7 para. 3 BuchPrG.

The contract term is 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2025. For the client, there is a unilateral extension option to extend the agreement a maximum of two times by 12 calendar months each. A legal claim of the contractor to commission the extension does not exist.
