The purpose of this consultation is the construction of a double crèche and a PMI centre in R+2 for the town of Boissy-Saint-Léger, and the Departmental Council of Val de Marne. The construction of the project is planned for rue Gaston Roulleau in the commune of Boissy-Saint-Léger (94470). The project will be carried out on the site partially occupied by the Maison de l'enfance et des Familles, owned by the town hall of Boissy Saint Léger. The building is classified as a 4th category ERP type R and U. The contract includes a social clause for the integration of persons encountering particular difficulties in accessing or returning to employment. For the execution of this contract, and in accordance with the terms and conditions defined in the CCAP and its annexes, a number of hours will be reserved for eligible persons, or certain services will be subcontracted or co-contracted to an integration company
