Ikast-Brande Municipality hereby invites pre-qualification for participation in a limited supply of new day institution with the associated special school and therapidel located Lysholt Allé 20, 7430 Ikast.

5-7 applicants will be invited, on the basis of their pre-qualification application, by submitting offers in the main contract.

Scope

The construction task includes the construction of new integrated day institution, which will form the framework for the following:

- New day institution on barland

- Good and well-functioning playground

- Parking

- The institution is divided into nursery sections, kindergarten section, special school and therapy part

- 3 nursery groups in 10 children

- 5 kindergarten groups of 20 children

- Children with special far-reaching needs, from 0-6 years, 20 children

- Children with special far-reaching needs at school age, 30 children

- Children's Therapy with Clinic and Training Room

- Staff group, about 35 people

- Gross floor area totalling about 2370 m2 of which approximately 290 m2 on the 1st floor

The tender shall be implemented as a limited tender within the meaning of Section 58 of the Procurement Act (Act No 1564 of 15.12.2015). Anyone not subject to the exclusion grounds and who meets specified minimum requirements can apply for participation.

In accordance with disclosure rules, the tender material contains both relevant material relating to the pre-qualification phase and material relating to the subsequent bid phase. Further there is a general description of the tender and tender process.

Those companies pre-qualified after the pre-qualification phase of the tender will be invited to participate in the tender phase. No offers may be made if an undertaking is not pre-qualified to do so.
