The School of Hospitality is a Grade 1 School therefore they are seeking to appoint a Contractor with the capability and capacity to supply and deliver dry, packaged and speciality cooking supplies which meet all industry and educational standards in order to maintain these awards. The contract will commence in August 2016 and will remain in force for 2 years, with a possible 2 further 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance and agreement between the parties.
