1. The object of the order is the supply of electricity for the Police Training Center in Legionowo.

3. The Contracting Authority declares that the forecast electricity consumption represents only an approximate value, which during the implementation of the contract may change from forecasts and will be subject only to actual needs.
4. The Contracting Authority informs that the procedure for changing the electricity seller is carried out once again.
5. The current seller of electricity to the Contracting Authority is Energa Turnover S. A. under a fixed-term contract from 01 April 2020 to 31 December 2021.

5. The current seller of electricity to the Contracting Authority is Energa Turnover S. A. under a fixed-term contract from 01 April 2020 to 31 December 2021.
6. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and the implementing regulations of that law and Polish Standards.
7. The Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to perform the activities arising from the Power of Attorney, annex No 4 of the Significant provisions of the Agreement, and in particular to notify the designated Distribution System Operator for the fulfillment of the Agreement concluded with the Contractor electric,
to make statements of will and to determine on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information.
8. In accordance with Article 455 (1) (1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of amending the provisions of the contract in relation to the content of the offer on the basis of which the Contractor was selected in the cases referred to in Section 5 of the Significant provisions of the Agreement (Annex No 9 to SWZ).
9. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders.

11. In accordance with Article 310 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
12. The Contracting Authority informs that in the event of circumstances surrounding the occurrence of COVID-19 which affect or may affect the due performance of the subject matter of the contract, the contract may be amended.
13. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the total value of the contract may not exceed the funds held.
